Manish Tyagi

Founder and CMD

Manish is a seasoned transformation executive with over 30 years experience in various Industry segments – Media and Entertainment, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare and Supply Chains ecosystem in US. Over the years, he has held Executive positions in IBM, Cognizant, Accenture, Bank of America along with his startup experience. He has operated across all continents and takes pride in his ability to address capacity constraints across any value chain through effective and efficient application of computational and automation technology at scale.                                
He holds bachelor in Electrical Engineering, MS in Computer Engineering and MBA from Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Deiva is a seasoned Business Executive with over 30 years Experience in various Industry segments – BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Green Energy Ecosystems. Over the years, he had held Executive positions in Wipro, CSC, Aditya Birla Group and many startups. He had varied experience in large project planning, execution, Customer Success and P&L Management.


He holds bachelor in Electronics Technology and an MBA in Operations Management.

Ameet Deshpande

Chief Technology Officer

Ameet has over 15 years experience in power plant engineering with a focus on design & development, QC and product development. He specializes in smart micro grids, Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), rural electrification, EV charging infrastructure, smart irrigation, smart metering, IoT and industrial automation. As Head of Engineering, he has led core engineering teams for development of various products including Smart Nanogrid™ and Smart AQUAnet™. He has hands-on experience in project management consulting, rural micro grid projects, engineering implementation, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and post-implementation technical support for these projects in India, Africa and APAC. Prior, he served as Marine Engineer with Tanker Pacific Pte Ltd, Singapore.


He holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Rabi Narayan Bastia

Chief Energy Advisor

Dr. Rabi Narayan Bastia is a renowned Indian geologist and hydrocarbon exploration expert. He played a pivotal role in the discovery of the Krishna-Godavari (KG) Basin, India’s largest natural gas reservoir, while working with Reliance Industries Limited. His expertise in petroleum systems, basin modeling, and exploration strategy has contributed significantly to the Indian hydrocarbon sector. Dr. Bastia has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Padma Shri Award in 2007 for his achievements in the field of science and engineering. As a highly respected professional, he has authored multiple research papers and served as a consultant for various hydrocarbon exploration projects.
